Pattern Making
Our process begins at the drawing board. Our master designers conceptualize each corset, balancing modern aesthetics with historical structural integrity.
Precision Cutting
Using the finalized patterns, we cut the strength layers and fashion fabrics simultaneously. Multiple layers are cut with industrial precision tools to ensure every single panel across all sizes is identical and accurate to the millimeter.
Assembly Sewing
Our skilled sewing specialists meticulously join the individual, bone-reinforced panels. This step requires immense precision to align seam lines and boning channels perfectly across the entire garment.
Hardware Installation
For functionality and durability, we install heavy-duty metal grommets (eyelets) in the reinforced back panels. We use industrial pneumatic presses to ensure they are securely set.
BONING INSERTION
We carefully insert the engineered bones—typically spiral steel and flat steel—into their designated channels. This step transforms the flat fabric panels into a structured garment, defining the iconic corset silhouette.
Quality Control
Every single corset undergoes a rigorous, individual inspection. We check measurements, structural symmetry, stitch strength, and overall finish.
